Job summary

Flatiron Construction Corp. in Honolulu, HI is seeking an experienced Scheduler to develop, monitor and manage multiple project schedules for small to mid-size construction efforts.

You will integrate owner activities, site inputs, and risk analyses to keep projects on schedule and on budget. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Construction Science or related field and 7+ years of heavy civil scheduling experience, with advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field preferred.
• 7+ years of heavy civil scheduler experience.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages concept, bid, and final project schedules.
• Attends job site meetings and coordinates with stakeholders.
• Creates graphs and charts for site personnel to track progress.
• Maintains a database of activity groups and as-built data.
• Prepares Time Impact Analyses for risks to schedule and budget.
• Ensures timely, accurate baseline schedule submissions per procedures.
• Supports change orders and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Participates in project reviews to mitigate schedule risks.
• Integrates owner activities and inputs from Safety and Technical Services.
