JRM Construction is seeking a Project Scheduler to manage time and resources on large-scale, multifaceted projects in New York City. You will develop and monitor project schedules and contribute to scheduling process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's in Scheduling, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or seven years of related experience. Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Powerproject Asta or Primavera P6 are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Scheduling, Engineering, CM, or related field.
• Seven+ years of related scheduling experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with scheduling tools such as Powerproject Asta or Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of construction processes and technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and/or assist in developing logic-linked construction schedules for large-scale projects.
• Prepare new project schedules and improve overall performance.
• Review schedules with project team to ensure data accuracy.
• Produce schedule-related reports (CP, progress, near-term, etc.).
• Monitor deviations and assist in recovery planning.
• Maintain records of scope changes and variances.
• Verify schedule integrity and evaluate float paths.
• Recommend adjustments to manage float and sequencing.
• Record historical schedule information and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with Scheduling team to improve processes.
