Shaw Services Company in Denver is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Scheduler to join our team. This hands-on role builds detailed CPM schedules from the ground up and provides leadership across our project portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction scheduling, deep field scheduling experience, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and ASTA Powerproject; travel within the Denver metro area is required.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree and a minimum of five years hands-on construction scheduling experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build complex CPM schedules from scratch, without templates.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and ASTA Powerproject; working knowledge of MS Project a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of general construction practices, scheduling, and construction means, methods, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed CPM schedules from scratch for projects in preconstruction and through all phases.
• Create proposals and detailed schedules to assist Marketing, Pre-Construction, and Operations.
• Visit jobsites regularly to review status and provide actionable feedback.
• Lead critical path analysis for complex projects and develop recovery schedules.
• Provide data to adjust schedules for market factors like materials, labor, and weather.
• Coordinate with subs on schedule issues and support project teams in conflicts.
