This senior role protects timelines and budgets, evaluates contractor performance, and provides program leadership with essential analysis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years scheduling on large construction programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software and MS Office (Proj, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling principles.
• Experience with time impact analysis and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of project schedules based on defined project execution philosophies.
• Perform contractor schedule reviews for contract conformance and QA.
• Review contractor progress and present narratives to management for decisions.
• Review and evaluate contractor recovery schedules.
• Conduct construction site visits for progress reporting.
