Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master project schedules with activities, milestones, and dependencies
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors and clients to gather input and update schedules
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to minimize delays and maintain timelines
• Identify scheduling conflicts and provide recommended solutions
• Prepare and present regular progress reports and forecasts to management and clients
• Use scheduling software such as Primavera and MS Project
• Apply construction methodologies, materials, and labor knowledge to build precise schedules
