Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of planning and scheduling public works or construction projects.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of project scheduling experience on public capital improvement or construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera and Microsoft Project.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and updating CPM baseline schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience developing and maintaining integrated master program schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
• Knowledge of scheduling principles, critical path analysis, and schedule performance evaluation.
• Ability to prepare schedule narratives, look-ahead schedules, and executive-level summaries.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed CPM baseline schedules for public infrastructure and related projects.
• Develop and maintain integrated master program schedules coordinating multiple projects.
• Prepare regular schedule updates and milestone tracking reports.
• Review contractor baseline schedules for compliance with milestones and program objectives.
• Analyze schedule logic, durations, sequencing, float, and dependencies to identify delays.
• Evaluate design changes, construction issues, and funding factors affecting delivery.
• Prepare time impact analyses and delay claims to assess impacts on completion dates.
• Identify schedule risks and mitigation strategies; propose recovery measures.
• Perform resource loading and cost loading to support planning and forecasting.
• Support earned value management and schedule reporting with performance indicators.
• Coordinate with project managers and partners to validate progress and resolve conflicts.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and prepare executive summaries and dashboards.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and historical project data.
• Utilize Primavera and Microsoft Project for scheduling and communication.
