Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking a Construction Scheduler to plan, develop, and maintain schedules across a portfolio of Nuclear/DOE projects. The role collaborates with project teams and uses Primavera P6 to deliver integrated CPM schedules, forecasting, and risk analysis, ensuring EVMS compliance throughout project lifecycles.

The location includes Knoxville and surrounding sites, with full-time expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Minimum 7 years of construction scheduling experience.
Proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
U.S. Citizenship required to obtain facility-specific security clearance.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement staff, construction managers, subcontractors, and project services personnel to develop comprehensive project schedules from conceptual planning through design, construction, and startup.
Develop and maintain integrated, logic-driven schedules utilizing EPC principles and methodologies.
Create and maintain CPM schedules, logic networks, and resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6.
Apply historical project data and lessons learned to support planning, forecasting, and schedule development.
Ensure all scheduling activities comply with EVMS requirements.
Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and presentations for project teams and senior leadership.
