Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic, highly organized Permanent Associate Scheduler to join our team. This role centers on planning, coordinating, and executing construction schedules throughout the project lifecycle with project managers, architects, and engineers to hit milestones on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction scheduling or project management roles.
• Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, materials, standards, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update complex project schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather scheduling data.
• Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders.
• Use project management software to track progress and report metrics.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in project meetings and provide progress reports.
• Review and improve scheduling processes.
