Daksta | Connecting Mission Critical Talent is seeking a highly experienced Scheduler to support major data center projects across multiple U.S. locations.

The role is permanent and offers long-term project pipeline with career progression, exposure to industry-leading work, and a family-oriented culture. As a Scheduler / Senior Scheduler, you will develop and maintain CPM schedules in Primavera P6, monitor progress, identify risks, and provide updates and forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scheduler or Senior Scheduler within large-scale construction.
• Experience on data center, mission-critical, industrial, or major commercial ground-up construction.
• Experience on projects valued at $100M+ is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed CPM project schedules using Primavera P6
• Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance
• Identify potential delays, risks, and opportunities to improve project delivery
• Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve key milestones
• Prepare schedule updates, reports, forecasts, and progress analysis for project leadership
• Support wider planning, scheduling, and project controls activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide scheduling insight and recommendations to support successful project delivery

The Role

As a Scheduler / Senior Scheduler, you'll play a key role in planning, monitoring, and controlling project delivery, working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders.
