Job summary

Peoples, an Essential Utilities company, seeks a scheduling professional to assist in developing and maintaining master construction project schedules for pipeline projects in the Pittsburgh region.

You will integrate multiple project plans, identify conflicts, and provide weekly updates to stakeholders, helping the PM team mitigate risks and keep projects on track while coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, GIS or related field.
• Understanding construction logic and sequencing.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other Microsoft Office suite programs.
• Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize, organize and schedule work.
• Experience with scheduling software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master construction project schedules.
• Integrate multiple project plans into a portfolio schedule.
• Identify resource and schedule conflicts and inform stakeholders.
• Provide weekly status updates and reports.
• Prepare presentation packages with scheduling graphics.
• Support project tasks, meetings, and data entry.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
