Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering).
• 10+ years of in sales, marketing or related field.
• OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred.
• Proven Construction project management experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and drive strategy across levels.
• Travel 60% of the time. Proficient in MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Identify and align high-impact opportunities through cross-functional collaboration and promote value-added solutions.
• Lead involvement in major North American construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Promote and implement value-added products and customize solutions for efficiency, safety, and profitability.
• Oversee contributions at all construction phases, coordinating with internal teams for delivery and issue resolution.
• Develop and execute engagement plans for each project aligning resources to milestones.
• Identify new opportunities to add value and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor progress, manage budgets, and report project metrics to leadership.
