Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant construction safety experience.
• Proof of training in crane, fall protection, excavation, scaffolds, and heavy equipment safety.
• Ability to communicate and influence supervisors, peers, and external partners.
• Ability to manage large-scale, high-profile projects.
• Agile, data-driven approach to achieving objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Clark safety culture on a project.
• Oversee safety of employees, trade partners, and general public.
• Enforce safety and health programs and standards.
• Manage and mentor staff and client expectations.
• Identify exposures and recommend corrective action.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement project safety programs.
• Partner with field supervision to mitigate hazards in planning.
• Develop project-specific safety training for jobsite personnel.
• Drive safety vision and align team to a safe workplace.
• Facilitate third-party safety reviews including OSHA.
