Job summary

On-site, with standard hours and some evening/weekend flexibility. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in construction safety, strong leadership, and experience in OSHA standards and contractor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, EHS, CM, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in construction safety roles.
• Strong leadership, risk assessment, and contractor management.
• Willing to travel up to 10% and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong site safety culture through leadership and coaching.
• Develop and ensure compliance of EHS&S programs and permits.
• Lead Construction Safety Professionals (contractors).
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement controls.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training and perform site audits.
