Zusammenfassung

FlatironDragados is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead occupational health and safety programs across project sites within the district. You will analyze safety trends, ensure regulatory compliance and provide technical expertise for safety orientations, trainings and inspections.

The role requires directing safety teams, overseeing permits and certifications, and coordinating with project managers to prevent incidents and delays while promoting a safe working environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years’ experience in construction or safety.
• Experience managing construction or safety teams.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with all levels of the organization.

Aufgaben

• Oversees safety program and procedures for one or more project sites within the same District.
• Performs project site trend analysis and ensures accurate tracking of incidents are recorded.
• Develops and conducts all safety orientations and trainings and oversees toolbox talks.
• Ensures all required project permits and certifications are active, documented and tracked.
• Provides technical expertise to training, equipment needs and inspection requirements.
• Oversees equipment maintenance and procurement for project safety items.
• Provides project status and trend analysis to manager and project team.
• Oversees injury reporting and resolution; reviews investigations and corrective actions.
• Reviews and approves DHA and participates in JHA discussions.
• Creates or approves worksite safety and evacuation plans; supports emergency response planning.
