Insight Global is seeking an experienced Construction Project Safety Advisor to join an Early Works & Land Development team for a major data center project in Georgia. The role focuses on delivering site readiness and monitoring the contractor’s safety plan across multiple campuses.

You will manage high-risk activities such as excavations, lifting and working at heights, ensure compliance with national EHS requirements, and contribute to safety program development and continuous improvement on

Formación

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a role with formal qualification in EHS management.
• CHST certification.
• Civil Engineering background/Land Development.
• Strong written and verbal communication with extensive contractor liaison experience.
• Degree and/or certification in Health & Safety profession.
• Good computer skills with experience in EHS database programs.
• Non-restrictive Driver’s License and a vehicle to commute between campuses.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee compliance with national EHS requirements on construction projects.
• Develop and implement safety programs and procedures.
• Provide on-site safety leadership and liaison with project teams.
• Monitor High-Risk Activities and ensure mitigations.
• Share lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across sites.
