Qualifications

• 5–10 years of construction law experience within a Real Estate Practice Group
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex construction and construction‑related contracts across all project delivery methods (design‑bid‑build, design‑build, CM‑at‑risk, EPC) for various building types
• Experience advising clients on risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
• Familiarity with professional services agreements and industry‑standard contract forms (AIA, ConsensusDocs)
• Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related documents.
• Advise clients on risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Real Estate Practice Group and other offices on matters.
• Support the firm’s national, full‑service platform through mentorship and client service excellence.
