Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of construction law experience within a Real Estate Practice Group and a track record drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts. We offer a hybrid work environment, mentorship, and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of construction law experience within a Real Estate Practice Group.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex construction contracts across delivery methods (design-bid-build, design-build, CM-at-risk, EPC).
• Experience advising clients on risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Familiarity with professional services agreements and industry-standard contract forms (AIA, ConsensusDocs).
• Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
