ACCIONA is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join the SR400 Express Lanes project in Georgia. You will conduct daily inspections, verify testing, document results in EDMS, and collaborate with QA teams to ensure compliance with ACI/ASTM standards and project specifications.

Ideal candidates have a diploma and at least 3 years in infrastructure quality roles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with field engineers and inspectors to drive continuous quality

Qualifications

• 3 years of infrastructure construction experience as a quality inspector, field engineer, or lab technician.
• Experience on transportation infrastructure projects as a quality inspector or lab technician.
• Familiar with ACI, ASTM, and applicable standards.
• Strong understanding of construction quality standards and testing procedures.

Responsabilités

• Ensure construction components conform to project plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Conduct daily inspections and testing per ITPs.
• Coordinate with QA teams and inspectors to minimize disruptions.
• Prepare daily quality reports documenting inspections and material approvals.
• Verify inspection/testing activities with calibrated equipment and certified personnel.
• Identify and track quality issues and nonconformance items.
• Remediate deficiencies with the construction team and document actions.
• Improve procedures, checklists, and quality control measures.
• Review construction methodologies for compliance with codes and standards.
• Participate in Punch List Walk-Throughs for quality concerns.
• Maintain inspection and testing records in EDMS.
• Notify management if quality standards are not met.
