Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance across one or more projects. You will plan, implement, and supervise QA programs, coordinating with field and office staff to ensure compliance with contract documents and JE Dunn standards.

The role requires strong leadership and 8+ years in construction quality, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Occasional travel and non-traditional hours may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform work accurately and completely
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and data reporting
• Ability to present information effectively
• Ability to read drawings and codes
• Knowledge of QA procedures for construction environments
• Ability to identify non-compliant conditions and investigate fixes

Responsibilities

• Create project-specific Quality Plans and assign accountability.
• Develop Water Intrusion Plans and keep Plans updated.
• Ensure Project Quality Status Reports are completed before reviews.
• Contribute to national initiatives like QA manuals and quality broadcasts.
• Coordinate quality support across projects and teams.
• Communicate quality standards to partners and field staff.
• Interpret owner/government requirements for quality methods.
• Oversee project quality plans and QA constructability reviews.
• Plan and deliver quality-related training for staff and partners.
• Utilize QA systems to report compliant vs non-compliant conditions.
