Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Senior Quality Manager to lead quality assurance for multiple projects. You will plan, implement and supervise QA programs, ensuring compliance with contract documents and JE Dunn policy.

You will mentor the team, coordinate with project leads and field staff, and drive continuous quality improvements across the enterprise. The role requires extensive experience in construction QA, strong leadership, and the ability to interpret complex requirements while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of construction quality-related experience required.
• 0-2 years mentoring or team leadership experience required.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications and relevant codes.

Responsibilities

• Create and update Project Specific Quality Plans and assign accountability.
• Develop Water Intrusion Plans and maintain regular plan updates.
• Ensure Quality Status Reports are completed before Monthly Project Review.
• Contribute to National Initiatives (QA Manual Updates, Quality Broadcasts, Quality University).
• Maintain Project Quality Status Reports with up-to-date major issues.
• Coordinate quality support for a project group (process and people).
• Communicate quality philosophies and JE Dunn standards to partners and field staff.
• Interpret owner/government requirements related to quality methods.
• Plan and design quality training with internal and external partners.
• Utilize QA systems to prepare field reports on compliance.
• Conduct warranty investigations and recommend corrective action.
• Review submittals for accuracy as needed.
• Lead quality meetings and develop communication plans to mitigate issues.
• Serve as onsite quality representative on single or multiple projects.
• Evaluate subcontractor quality performance at project completion.
• Build relationships with clients, manufacturer reps and consultants.
