Job summary

Responsibilities

• Creates Project Specific Quality Plans and updates them regularly.
• Creates Water Intrusion Plans and assigns accountability.
• Ensures Quality Status Reports are completed before Monthly Reviews.
• Contributes to National QA initiatives and training programs.
• Keeps Major Quality Issues updated on project reports.
• Manages quality support for a group (process and people).
• Communicates quality philosophies, standards and values to stakeholders.
• Interprets requirements for quality construction with field and office staff.
• Oversees project specific quality plans and QA constructability reviews.
• Coordinates quality training with internal and external partners.
• Performs warranty investigations and recommends corrective actions.
• Documents field observations and monitors for resolution.
• Reviews and certifies submittals when needed.
• Participates in quality meetings and creates mitigation plans.
• Serves as onsite quality rep on projects and conducts subcontractor evaluations.
• Builds relationships with clients, vendors and third-party consultants.
• Maintains regular updates with project leads and mentors others.
