Job summary

Tribal One Construction is seeking a full-time Quality Control Manager to lead our quality assurance on federal- and commercial-scale projects. This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits in the United States.

The QCM will develop and implement the Quality Control Plan, review submittals, manage RFIs and logs, and coordinate with staff, clients, and subcontractors to ensure compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, with 5 years' experience preferred.
• Experience in federal government construction projects is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of RMS 3.0.
• Past performance as QC Specialist/Manager on government projects.
• OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and US citizenship required.
• Background checks required for clearances including Secret and Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Quality Control Plan for projects.
• Coordinate with project team, client, and subcontractors on quality control activities.
• Read and interpret complex contract specs and drawings.
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, and daily activity reports.
• Maintain project reports and logs (submittal register, RMS logs, deficiency lists).
• Lead meetings and ensure contract requirements and project goals are met.
