Job summary

Clark Construction seeks a Senior Quality Control Manager in Haskell, TX to ensure projects meet contract specifications and owner requirements while complying with building codes. You will lead a QC team, coordinate with owners, designers, and trades, and manage submittals, testing, and inspections to deliver excellence.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive approach to risk, and experience in large-scale construction QC.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in construction or related discipline or relevant experience.
• Minimum 10+ years verifiable construction quality control and/or inspection experience.
• Demonstrates initiative and accountability to deliver value and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the project team to understand, plan, and implement contract drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with owner, design team, and contractors to ensure quality and timeliness of construction.
• Implement and manage the Quality Control Plan and its three phases.
• Oversee submittal review and approval; schedule and conduct QC meetings.
• Establish testing procedures and lead the inspections process.
• Coordinate third party testing agents and interface with owner representatives.
