Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent with two years of work-related experience or six years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious, time-efficient work.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction engineering tasks using standard techniques and criteria.
• Assist craftsmen and foreman with construction-related issues identified on drawings.
• Perform surveillance to ensure quality objectives are met on the project.
• Analyze and make independent recommendations for solutions to problems of varying complexity.
• Other duties as assigned.
