Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate bids received, negotiate terms and pricing, and write contracts.
• Maintain subcontractor relations and monitor performance against contracts.
• Create job cost estimates for multiple trades across plans and communities.
• Stay informed on materials, methods, and industry costs to remain competitive.
• Resolve accounting issues related to billing and budgeting with project teams.
• Collect and manage subcontractor insurance and license information for projects.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
