Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in construction management, procurement, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Hire subcontractors and vendors for specific construction projects.
• Define concise trade package scopes of work prior to buying these packages.
• Collaborate with the project team, including the Estimator and Project Manager, to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Oversee prequalification, bid solicitation, and award processes for subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct risk analysis related to subcontractors and vendors.
• Write subcontracts and material purchase agreements.
• Organize and lead meetings with subcontractors and vendors.
• Facilitate and lead proposal (scope of work) reviews.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
