Job summary

Clark Construction seeks a senior Construction Project Manager to oversee timely, quality installation of contracted work across commercial projects. You will coordinate with owners, trade contractors, and internal teams to ensure on-budget, on-schedule delivery.

This hands-on role requires 7+ years in large-scale projects, leadership of cross-functional teams, strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and contract administration (OSHA aware).

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• OSHA safety knowledge and building regulation familiarity.
• Strong scheduling, contract administration, and KPI understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work on large projects.
• Create and manage project sequencing, logistics, and material tracking.
• Develop and communicate the project schedule with stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop team members; build high-performing teams.
• Maintain professionalism in meetings and interactions with owners and vendors.
• Understand owner subcontracts, vendor agreements, and KPI metrics.
• Support close-out activities including punch lists and training.
