Job summary

Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd is seeking a Professional Scheduler / Project Planner to oversee the project baseline from inception to completion, acting as owner’s representative. You will develop detailed schedules with input from project teams and contractors, track progress, and prepare narrative updates for the project team and stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years scheduling on construction, expert Primavera P6, data centre experience, and fluency in English and Spanish; on-site four

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling / project control experience on construction projects.
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Direct experience in data centre construction is a plus.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong ICT skills with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Eligible to work in Spain.
• On-site availability 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development of a detailed project schedule with input from project team and contractor.
• Develop and improve status collection and progress reporting processes.
• Analyse schedules, compare cost/resource curves to actuals, track float and change impacts.
• Validate schedule updates and provide narrative for stakeholders.
• Identify threats to schedule goals and initiate corrective actions.
• Interface with site management on critical activities, changes, and claims analysis.
• Provide final review of schedules for estimating as requested.
• Support schedule compression and forensic analysis to identify delays.
• Monitor resource loading and adjust schedules or actions as needed.
