Job summary

DMV Foundation Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Operations Manager to own day-to-day coordination and performance of residential projects across Northern Virginia. You will manage schedules, crews, and customer communications to keep 20+ active jobs on track toward completion.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years coordinating construction projects, strong organizational skills, and comfort with budgets, KPIs, and profitability.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience coordinating or managing construction projects.
Can confidently manage 20+ projects at different stages.
Highly organized and able to think several steps ahead.
Understands schedules, job costs, production, and profitability.
Comfortable with KPIs, budgets, and numbers.
Can identify problems, determine what needs to happen, and follow through.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the master production schedule across multiple crews and projects.
Track 20+ active projects and know what needs attention daily.
Coordinate crews, materials, permits, inspections, and customer scheduling.
Identify bottlenecks and ensure projects move efficiently from sold to completed.
Track production numbers, job costs, revenue and gross margins; monitor KPIs.
