DMV Foundation Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Project Operations Manager to coordinate and optimize day-to-day residential construction across Northern Virginia. You will oversee scheduling, budgets, and stakeholder communication while driving on-time project delivery.

The role emphasizes ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage 20+ active jobs with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience coordinating or managing construction projects.
• Experience overseeing 20+ active projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of schedules, job costs, production, and profitability.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, budgets, and numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master production schedule across multiple crews and projects.
• Track 20+ projects at different stages and identify attention points daily.
• Coordinate crews, materials, permits, inspections, and customer scheduling.
• Identify bottlenecks early and take corrective actions to keep projects moving.
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and with healthy margins.
• Communicate with homeowners, field teams, vendors, and leadership to resolve issues.
