Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all construction efforts at a large project site.
• Provides oversight of construction-related activities for contracts.
• Perform all project management tasks.
• Day-to-day project management for construction and service projects.
• Coordinate with customers, schedule review and design review.
• Develop solutions to construction problems or existing conditions encountered in the field.
• Review contractor submittals for contract performance.
• Aid throughout the acquisition phases of projects including: answering offeror questions, attending/participating in site orientation visits, attending/participating in joint contractor/government meetings.
• Draft technical responses to any change orders.
• Prepare statement of work and cost estimate for new contracts and contract modifications.
