Job summary

Sse Anc is looking for a Lead Project Manager based in Laurel, Maryland to support the U.S. Secret Service campus. Responsibilities include overseeing all construction efforts and acting as the primary contact with the Government.

The ideal candidate should have a four-year degree in construction management, a minimum of 10 years of project management experience, and a current Secret clearance. This role requires on-site work and offers a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Current Secret clearance required before employment.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience on commercial or Government projects.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for Contracting Officer’s Representative and issues relating to personnel.
• Provides direction to the team and coordinates schedules.
• Aids the contracting officer and COR throughout the acquisition phases.

Skills

Understanding of design and construction practices

Ability to read engineering and architectural drawings

Oral and written communication

Education

Four-year degree in construction management or related field

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
