You will drive safety, quality, cost, and schedule while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to contract requirements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 11+ years of experience on large power projects, and strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 11 years of experience managing large power generation projects.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Lead a large-scale power generation project >$200M or a portfolio of projects, providing leadership to project teams.
• Communicate project health, risks, and status to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Develop and manage project schedules, baselines, cost reporting and forecasting.
• Oversee contract analysis, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.
• Direct all phases of projects using established PM methodologies and change control processes.
