Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. invites a Project Manager – Construction to lead capital construction and facility projects across our Americas operations.

You’ll guide projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, cost control, and high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals. You will collaborate with Projects leadership, Operations, Engineering, EHS, Finance, Sourcing, and the in-house GC/Owner’s Representative to deliver capital projects efficiently

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience managing large power generation, construction, or industrial projects.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, contracts, risk management, scheduling, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of assigned construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, critical paths, resource plans, and dependencies; implement recovery plans.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues with project leadership; monitor costs and vendor activities.
