Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. seeks a Director to lead capital projects and construction across the Americas, delivering large-scale facilities safely, on time, and within budget.

You will oversee multi-million-dollar programs, manage cross-functional teams including EHS and finance, and drive strategic alignment with sustainability goals in a dynamic energy sector.

Strong leadership, financial acumen, and governance experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture required; Master’s preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive capital project management experience; 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven experience managing large projects exceeding $50M; strong regulatory and contracting knowledge.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred; energy/manufacturing project experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute capital project delivery strategies aligned with objectives.
• Oversee a portfolio of major construction and renovation projects across facilities.
• Translate priorities into roadmaps, budgets, and schedules.
• Establish governance, controls, risk management, and reporting.
• Lead end-to-end project execution from site selection to commissioning.
