Actalent in Lexington, KY is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to guide and support project managers and team leads, enforce project rules, and maintain strong communication with clients.

You will ensure projects are built according to plans and contracts, manage the project budget and financial updates, and keep the schedule current with input from team and subcontractors. You will work in line with company values, ethics, and goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• Experience managing projects in the Lexington/Kentucky market.
• Strong understanding of schedules, deadlines, deliverables, budgets, subcontractors, and safety.
• Experience handling projects from $5K to $20 million.
• Full lifecycle project management knowledge from estimating through completion.
