Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Lead project lifecycle from kickoff to ribbon cutting.
• Coordinate field activities with office and admin duties.
• Prepare monthly payment applications and ensure prompt payments.
• Review shop drawings, addenda, and RFIs with contractors and team.
• Participate in business development activities as needed.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and enforce safety practices.
