Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects nationwide from inception through closeout. You will act as the main liaison among Owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors, managing budgets, schedules and risk while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires a capable leader who can drive change, mentor staff, and contribute to business development through proposals and interviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
5+ years of experience in construction project management.
OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
Experience with Procore, Timberline/Sage, Primavera P6 preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as main contact and corporate representative for Owners, OPMs, Developers, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors.
Oversee the project life cycle including budget, cost, schedule, risk, resources and safety.
Support business development including networking events, marketing initiatives and proposals.
Lead weekly OAC meetings; manage minutes and follow-ups.
Coordinate with field staff on project goals, budget and schedule.
Manage project financials: cost reporting, requisitions, invoices, and cash flow.
