Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing and the engineering principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performance team through supervision, training, coaching and mentoring.
• Manage and communicate Master Project Schedule and budget adherence.
• Oversee QA/QC, safety protocols, and field operations.
• Foster owner/architect/subcontractor/vendor relationships and report progress.
