Job summary

Higley Construction in Michigan is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple complex projects, ensuring budget, schedule, safety, and profitability. You will mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers, provide guidance on execution, financial oversight, and risk management, and liaison with Owners during contracts and closeouts.

Reporting to the Project Executive, the Sr. PM splits time between the office and the field, while driving business development and maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Certifications (PE/OSHA/CMAA/ASHE) are a plus.
• 15-20+ years increasing responsibility in construction PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects to meet budget, schedule, safety, and profitability goals.
• Mentor PMs and PEs; manage owner contracts and risk mitigation.
• Drive business development and client relationships with owners and subcontractors.
• Oversee GMPs, financial closeouts, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and financial objectives.
