Clune Construction is seeking a Project Executive in Chicago to lead the planning, coordination, and completion of complex construction projects. You will own budgeting, bidding, cost control, and client relations across the project life cycle, guiding internal and external teams and reporting on financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering (preferred).
• 13+ years of construction project management experience, with 5+ years in commercial construction.
• Experience managing all aspects of field operations including scheduling and quality control.
• Solid background in construction trades and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP responses, develop presentations, and pitch projects.
• Manage client relations and budgets during design and preconstruction.
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Oversee cost control, change management, and monthly forecasting.
• Develop new project leads and pursue bid opportunities with clients.
• Participate in mentoring and training programs to share skills.
• Develop training content and lead industry and company trainings.
• Staffing decisions with Office Leadership.
