Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of construction management or related experience for Senior Project Manager I.
• Minimum 10 years of construction management or related experience for Senior Project Manager II.
• Current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overall financial health of projects.
• Handle subcontracts and suppliers, manage budget and selections.
• Provide financials and billings to Accounting.
