Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Senior Project Manager I and II in Salt Lake City, Utah. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience for Senior Project Manager I, and 10 years for Senior Project Manager II.
• Current driver's license is required.
• Basic understanding of construction law and business practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise financial health and projections of projects.
• Allocate project estimates and determine cost codes.
• Manage budgets and subcontracts, leading project teams.
• Act as main contact with owners and resolve site concerns.
• Maintain schedule, budget, quality, risk, and compliance.
