Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery in the Boston area. You will develop strategies, budgets, and schedules, serving as the primary client contact and guiding design through construction.

The role requires 5+ years in a PM role, strong knowledge of architectural drawings, and experience with interior fitouts and building infrastructure. On-site work across MA locations is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Project Manager or similar role.
• Ability to regularly communicate analyzed data to client and team to achieve project goals.
• Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with executive level clients and external team members.
• Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, submittals, and change orders.
• Experience managing interior fitout and building infrastructure projects.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project goals, schedules, budgets, and strategies for client-driven objectives.
• Establish and maintain project goals and success criteria for JLL and client needs.
• Build rapport with client representatives and ensure scopes are understood.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and deliver documentation.
• Develop detailed budgets based on historical data and defined assumptions.
• Act as primary senior client contact throughout the project duration.
• Guide design implementation through conceptual to construction documentation and signoff.
• Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Prepare RFPs for vendor/contractor services and manage selection.
• Facilitate critical project meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage project performance against schedules and milestones.
• Oversee construction contractors through to closeout.
