F.A. Wilhelm Construction in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Project Team, delivering projects on time, under budget, and with quality that exceeds client expectations while upholding our People First culture.

The role requires coordinating multiple fast-paced projects, reviewing plans and specifications, developing estimates and change orders, managing costs and schedules, and leading owner/sub-contractor meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of construction industry experience.
• OSHA 30 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team in all aspects to complete on time and within budget.
• Review project documents, plans and specs.
• Create and/or assist in the development of estimates, change orders, and proposals.
• Manage costs, schedule, changes, meetings, invoices and owner expectations.
• Lead project meetings with owners and subcontractors.
• Work with superintendents.
• Manage project engineers for meetings, permits, RFIs, submittals, and closeouts.
