Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• OSHA 30 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project startup, costs, schedule, and permitting.
• Lead day-to-day construction activities with the Superintendent.
• Manage project costs, labor, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and government officials.
• Ensure safety measures and project quality.
• Oversee closeout, record drawings, manuals, and warranties.
