Job summary

Jobot in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee custom construction and manufacturing projects from planning through completion. This full-time, on-site role requires coordinating design, production, and field installation while keeping schedule, budget, and quality targets.

You will lead multiple large-scale projects (5–10 concurrently), manage contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and risk, and collaborate with engineering, production, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Experience with contract management and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Oversee contract management activities including negotiation and compliance.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet goals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate and guide work of contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
