Job summary
Linde Engineering Americas (LEA) is seeking a Construction Site Manager to direct all aspects of construction project management on assigned projects in Pittsburg, CA. You will oversee safety performance, QA/QC, budget control, subcontract administration, scheduling, and change management to meet contract requirements.
The ideal candidate has a BS/BA and 7+ years of direct construction management on large projects (>$15M), strong leadership, and proficient use of Microsoft Office and related
Qualifications
- BS/BA or equivalent with 7+ years direct construction management on projects $15M+
- Broad understanding of construction disciplines and strong leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication; analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Direct all aspects of construction project management from mobilization to completion
- Ensure safety, quality, and contract requirements are met
- Lead project team, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage budget and schedule
- Prepare reports and presentations for HO management and customers
- Develop recovery plans for schedule slippage and unforeseen events
