Job summary

The Texas General Land Office in Austin, TX seeks a Project Manager IV in the Construction Services Department to lead complex projects from initiation through completion. You will coordinate planning, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications under limited supervision.

Ideal candidates have advanced project management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate regulatory requirements while delivering quality results for state-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Five years of interior design experience with full project lifecycle.
• Experience with documentation, client coordination, construction administration, project management, specifications and CAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manages, develops, oversees, and evaluates projects using accepted project management methodologies.
• Develops construction project budgets, schedules, work plans, and cost estimates; monitors quality and cost to meet contract terms.
• Identifies risks and designs mitigation strategies; communicates methodology and status to stakeholders.
