Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proof of Healthcare Infection Control & Interim Life Safety Training upon hire.
• Active state driver's license.
• Must earn OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from GMP through closeout, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate meetings with owners, designers, engineers and contractors.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor buyout and change orders.
• Manage cost forecasting and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards.
